NICK Quick Work Out & Other Online Options
This post comes from Nick James. It’s a nice one for anyone wanting to stick to an exercise regime and keep the inspiration going. I know a lot of people are missing out on their runs so this is a good at home alternative. A big shout out to Nick for providing images & words for this one. And as a side note - please take care to not hurt yourselves.
At the end I’ve also snuck in some other online exercise options (spoiler - not all of them are wholly fitness orientated).

Well I suppose in a time like this it’s even better to be keeping active as it keeps not only our bodies healthy but also our minds. As we are not all able to complete the goals we may have had this routine is one that can be done with ease.
It clears your mind and creates a positive attitude to go and find other objectives for the day whether it’s pruning an apple tree or clearing out cupboards that should have been done months ago.
Whether you choose to do 15 minutes or 2 hours it will always have its benefits especially in the long run.

Below is a non exhaustive list of some alternative online options. Moment of honesty - as yet, I have not done more exercise than walking in the sunshine for the government allotted hour.
Joe Wick’s Body Coach - everybody and their Nan seems to be on this right now. Free.
CorePower Yoga Live - live daily yoga classes for those attuned to such things. Free.
Barry’s Boot Camp - I used to live near a studio (always full) and have listened to a lot of people praise them (which I’m a hundred percent happy to do - exercise is a brilliant thing). They’ve gone digital and millennial via the Instaweb. No idea on cost.
Headspace - Your brain is also a muscle etc. You can, of course, find many a meditation video online but I’m liking the vibe of these guys. Free at first and then £4.17 a month.
School of SOS - These guys look incredible. They do dance classes but it’s somewhat more than your standard fare (one class is called ‘Heels’, and it is exactly that - dance class in heels). They’re on Instagram (and real life when then comes back). Free & awesome.
Cocktail Making - Keith Floyd showing us what true athleticism was. Forever in our hearts.
Indoors sitting room rave - Pete & I have been jumping up and down to this since we were wrong’uns.
And in case you need another message during these inside days.
